The subscription renews automatically on a monthly basis. Cancellation is possible at any time and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are granted for ongoing billing periods. Live sessions are conducted by Ekaterina Lindner. Contract partner for all bookings is Jürgen Lindner (Lindner Unplugged). By completing your purchase, you enter into a binding subscription agreement with Jürgen Lindner (Lindner Unplugged) under the applicable Terms and Conditions.

Coaching sessions are conducted by Ekaterina Lindner within the Lindner Unplugged coaching framework. Contract partner for all accepted bookings is Jürgen Lindner (Lindner Unplugged).

A binding agreement is only formed upon written confirmation and acceptance of the applicable Terms and Conditions. The service begins at the agreed appointment time.

Withdrawal Information

You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. For digital membership access, the right of withdrawal expires once immediate access has been granted and you have expressly agreed to this prior to purchase. For booked coaching sessions, the right of withdrawal may expire once the service has been fully delivered or has begun at your explicit request. Full details can be found in our Terms and Withdrawal Policy
